Return Policy

Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase with an original receipt or gift receipt.

Items must be in original condition and unopened packaging or are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns are eligible for a store credit only.

Sale Items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We regret that we do not provide substitutions or refunds of flowers due to stylistic preferences. We will cheerfully provide a substitution of flowers if there is a quality issue on our end.

Please contact us within 3 days of purchase with feedback and photos. We reserve the right to determine if flowers are eligible for replacement on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:
Our flowers are English style and are always mixed. But the designer does lead with color, palette, and flower preference if in season and available. Please provide your preferences in the “Instructions” field when adding to cart, below.
